I’m a hands-on Tech Team Lead and Advisory-level Software Engineer with 13+ years of experience architecting enterprise-grade systems, high-performance REST APIs, AI-driven developer platforms and high-throughput data processing engines.
I still write code every day — mostly Python and Java — while leading the technical side of the team: architecture, quality and delivery.
I grew up in Itu and have lived in Campinas for years, both in the São Paulo countryside. I chose programming for a simple reason: I like building things.

- Internal Developer Platform (SaaS) & Efficiency. Architected and scaled an enterprise Internal Developer Platform (IDP) serving hundreds of queries, increasing engineering throughput and workflow efficiency by >70%.
- High-Throughput Data Infrastructure. Engineered a distributed multi-node log processing engine capable of streaming and ingesting up to 200 GB daily of raw telemetry data using Polars, DuckDB and multiprocessing without memory degradation.
- Applied Generative AI & MCP. Integrated GenAI diagnostic workflows (Google Vertex AI, LangChain, RAG) and authored custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, enabling automated root-cause analysis (RCA) and reducing issue triage time from hours to minutes.
- Technical Leadership & Governance. Led cross-functional engineering initiatives, set code quality bars (Ruff, Pyright, 100% strict typing), established Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and mentored senior/junior engineers.
- Enterprise Integrations & Automation. Built automated end-to-end integration pipelines across Jira REST API, Microsoft SharePoint/Graph API, Google Drive, JFrog Artifactory and others.
- Recognition. Honored with the Smart Tool Award in Develop For Efficiency 2025 & 2024 for creating high-impact automation tools, alongside 2nd Place LATAM & 2nd Place Global “Best of Show” at Motorola Hackathon 2025 and 1st Place “Best Design” at Motorola Hackathon 2019.
